How Locarno Presents International Cinema

For our second of two panel discussions, participating speakers, which include a pair of filmmakers plus representatives from both Locarno in Los Angeles and the Locarno Festival in Switzerland, will discuss how one of the world’s most prestigious film festivals goes about programming their annual event, and what responsibility local programmers have in supporting such unique and uncompromising cinema.
